Mr Ulrich Heun as a representative of CARMAO GmbH speaks at the CAST e.V. at the IHK Darmstadt Online Day on 10-1-2008.

With this year's focus “Information security - Technology meets a common sense " -- the IHK-Darmstadt corresponds to the enormous demand for current information around the topic information technology and security.


For Cast e.V. Mr Ulrich Heun from CARMAO GmbH will introduce a practical guide to information risk management. It should therefore be an aim of every management to convert the condition of uncertainty in different corporate divisions and decision into a condition of the "calculable" risk with an efficient risk management. With this change the desired basis for planning and decision-making processes for information security reasons in the enterprise is created. This topic is presented impressively by Mr Heun in his speech.

The advantages of a consistently converted information risk management are stability of the expiry and construction organization by clearly defined specifications, the identification of enterprise risks by the validation and transparency of the dangers for the enterprise and last but not least the balanced assessment and control mechanisms in the area of risk management by the introduction and optimization of suitable management systems.
